Practice Philosophy

As a mother of two young children with various allergies, Karman understands the challenges and the practicalities that families experience with providing meals for children with specific dietary requirements. She is aware that nutritional information can be confusing to navigate, thus with her lived-experience, she is able to provide practical advice which is family-focused  and in digestible amounts. She is also passionate about providing best-practiced care whilst involving the family and collaborating with broader multidisciplinary team to ensure the care that is provided is wholistic and evidenced-based.

Karman is a foodie and loves trying new recipes and dining out at the latest culinary craze. In her spare time, she loves listening to music, reading and doing arts and crafts with her daughter.
